I'm Scarlett Bush — a versatile marketing and operations leader with over a decade of experience driving growth at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. With a strong foundation in production, writing, and operations, I’ve built a career around helping organizations deliver compelling, customer-centric experiences that resonate and perform.

Most recently, I served as Director of Operations at Explainly, a San Francisco Bay Area-based animation and video agency. From 2020 to 2025, I oversaw the production of hundreds of custom explainer videos for clients like Uber, Clear, and Chamberlain. I helped scale the company by building global creative teams, streamlining internal processes, and aligning sales, client success, and creative departments to drive growth and retention. My work contributed to Explainly’s recognition with over 40 industry awards.

My background spans agencies, e-commerce, retail, and tech — including roles at Walmart and Saatchi & Saatchi X — where I’ve led digital content strategies, lifecycle marketing programs, and end-to-end production workflows for both Fortune 500 brands and high-growth startups.

I bring a passion for storytelling, a deep respect for the craft of animation, and a commitment to operational excellence in an increasingly automated media landscape.
